The purchase of products from the Electronic Cigarette Organisation is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them before using the site. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Restrictions

Electronic Cigarette Organisation is a UK based company and we only supply our products to retail and wholesale customers within the UK .

Purchases by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted in the UK . You must be eighteen (18) years of age, and possess a valid credit card to purchase our products.  The Electronic Cigarette Organisation will not sell our products to minors. The Electronic Cigarette Organisation reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.

Postage and Packing

We provide free postage & packaging for all our products to retail customers only.

Data Protection

Our policy is that we will not pass on any customer details we collect to any third party without your permission. 

Descriptions

The descriptions and pictures on the website are a guide to the style and look of our products. We try to make them as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences.

Jurisdiction

This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in England to which the Electronic Cigarette Organisation. and the customer hereby submit.

Liability

To the extent allowed by the law, the Electronic Cigarette Organisation shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site in the following circumstances:

·         for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made

·         for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of the Electronic Cigarette Organisation or their suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non consumers.

Payment

Payment is due before goods are dispatched.  

Prices

Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to alteration by the Electronic Cigarette Organisation without prior notice. Price amendments will only be made prior to contract. .

Cancellations

All consumers have the right to cancel their order prior to dispatch and for 30 working days after delivery. If the order is cancelled after dispatch,  A refund will only be issued on return of the items, unopened and in original packaging, and in the condition they were sent out in.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  All information given at the time of ordering to the point of payment is collected by the Electronic Cigarette Organisation This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The data is used to fulfill your order and for marketing campaigns. We use technology such as cookies to improve our services to customers. We do not pass your information to any third parties without your permission. PayPal our payment provider collects your payment information. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Quality

All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.

Security

PayPal, our payment provider, uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Time of Order

Orders received by us before 2 pm (GMT) during working days will be normally be dispatched within same but please allow 1-2 days. Working days are Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.
